Zagreb Breaks Passenger Record for Second Consecutive Month
Zagreb Airport welcomed 406,032 passengers in June, setting a new monthly record and surpassing 400,000 travelers for the first time.
This milestone marks a 17% increase from June 2023. It is also the second consecutive month that Zagreb has beaten its historical monthly passenger record. The surge in passenger numbers is driven by a 10% rise in flights, reaching a total of 4,420 for the month. In the first half of the year, the airport accommodated 1,970,818 passengers, an increase of 16.4% or 277,306 more travelers compared to last year. Continued strong growth is anticipated in July, with scheduled seat capacity up by 17.5%.
