Zagreb Airport handled 422,862 passengers in its busiest September on record, marking the fourth consecutive month with over 400,000 travelers. Zagreb is now on a 19-month streak of record setting monthly passengers
This figure is a 14% increase compared to 2023, driven by a 7.8% rise in flight operations, totaling 4,564 for the month. In the first three quarters of the year, the airport saw 3,265,295 passengers, a 15.9% growth from last year, adding 447,827 more travelers. Strong growth is expected to continue into October, with scheduled seat capacity up by 14.7%.
