During the first 2 years of operations a rental return of EUR 1,750 per year is guaranteed. This is in part due to the “run in time” needed to ensure that the facility has an average occupancy rate of 80%, giving the management time and space.
Year 3 & 4
It is anticipated that in 2026-2027, a net return of EUR 2,000 can be achieved. This figure has been determined as such (December 2025).
The average stay is anticipated to be 5 days.
