Q-Park’s Aggressive Expansion Continues with BASF Medical Center Acquisition
Following its recent acquisition of a significant property in Ludwigshafen, Q-Park solidifies its aggressive expansion strategy. The BASF Medical Center parking facility, encompassing 178 spaces over 2,200 square meters, is the latest addition to Q-Park’s growing portfolio.
This move comes hot on the heels of Q-Park’s proactive approach, securing substantial square footage in key traffic hubs and airports across Europe. With plans to manage the BASF Medical Center facility starting in early 2024, the company reaffirms its commitment to providing top-notch parking solutions.
The rates, set at €1.50 for the first hour and €2.00 for each additional hour, with a maximum daily fee of €15.00, underscore Q-Park’s dedication to meeting the demand for efficient parking management.
