Winning the tender for the management of Park & Ride facilities in Erdberg and Ottakring, Best in Parking AG officially assumed operations on April 1, 2023.
Vienna, being Austria’s primary commuter center, witnesses two-thirds of its 270,000 daily commuters relying on cars. Recognizing the pivotal role of accessible parking infrastructure, Best in Parking AG has strengthened its Vienna portfolio, already boasting management rights at 75 prime locations. Simultaneously, the company is making significant strides in Europe, acquiring substantial parking square meters.
This latest expansion aligns with Best in Parking AG’s broader strategy of securing key locations in high-traffic hubs and airports across the continent. The Erdberg facility, situated in the third district, offers 1800 parking spaces, strategically positioned within walking distance of the U3 station Erdberg and a nearby bus station.
In Ottakring, the Park & Ride facility provides 723 parking spaces, with convenient access on foot to both the U3 Ottakring station and the U3 Kendlerstraße station. As Best in Parking AG aggressively pursues European growth, these Vienna additions underscore the company’s commitment to providing seamless parking solutions for the ever-growing demand in urban mobility.
