Zagreb Airport (Franjo Tudman) has just achieved a significant milestone, marking its best February on record with a remarkable 17.64% increase in passenger numbers compared to the previous best February in 2023. This surge in passenger traffic signals the start of what experts predict will be the airport’s most successful year to date.
The bustling airport, which serves as Croatia’s primary air gateway, saw a surge in travelers during February 2024, with passenger numbers soaring to 245,260. This figure represents a substantial leap from the former record set in February 2023, when the airport welcomed 208,469 passengers.
